headquartered in Mumbai, made an entry into the real estate business in 2013. A young and professionally managed organization, CR Realty will focus on projects spanning across asset categories. Under its present growth plans, it plans to develop Grade A projects in Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai.

CR Realty is led by

Cherag Ramakrishnan

, a veteran of the real estate sector. He has successfully set up Equinox Realty in past; the realty arm of Essar group. Under his leadership, Equinox Realty has created a portfolio of approx.15 mn. sq.ft across 6 states with a development outlay of approx. USD 600 mn.

A couple of its upcoming projects in Bangalore are The Hamlet, a luxury residential project in Sadashiv Nagar and The Big Tree, a multistoried residential development in Jayanagar. Vesta Villas, an exclusive villa development at Alibaug, near Mumbai and PRIMO, residential project in Bhandup, Mumbai.
