Steered by Cherag Ramkrishnan, a veteran of real estate sector, with over 30 years of experience across different businesses, with most of it in real estate under various avatars. CR Realty, headquartered in Mumbai, made an entry into the real estate business in 2014.

A young and professionally managed organization, CR Realty will focus on projects spanning across asset categories. Under its present growth plans, it plans to develop Grade A projects in Mumbai, MMR, and Bengaluru.

The company functions on modern technological systems, contemporary management practices and professional team with extensive functional experience across disciplines.

CR Realty is in the process of delivering its first set of projects across Bengaluru and Mumbai, totally 0.6 Mn Sq. Ft approx. The company has started delivery of its 1st residential project in Bengaluru, The Hamlet, a luxury residential project in Sadashiv Nagar. The Big Tree, a multi-storeyed residential development in Jayanagar is under completion. In Mumbai, PRIMO a residential project in Bhandup (West), is scheduled to be delivered by Dec 22.

CR Realty in line with its objectives is also now focussing on the small/middle size commercial market in Bengaluru.

Promoter and Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director of CR Realty, started this venture in 2014 with the vision to become a development manager of choice for capital wanting to be a part of the realty sector growth story in the coming decades.

In past, Cherag was CEO for Equinox Realty (venture by Essar Group), where he was responsible for setting up the development platform. He had successfully developed 15 million sq.ft across 6 states. A development outlay of approx. USD 600 mn and a team of approx.180 professionals.
